Skillet Fiesta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground round
1 onion
1 large can tomatoes
1 can Niblets corn, drained
1 beef bouillon cube
1 1/3 c. water
2 large bell peppers, cut in strips
3 Tbsp. chili powder
1 1/3 c. rice (5 minute)
Preparation

Brown meat and onion in large skillet; drain.
Dissolve bouillon cube in water.
Mix with tomatoes, corn and chili powder. Add to ground meat and cook for 10 minutes on low heat.
Then bring to boiling point and add bell peppers.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Bring to boiling point again and add rice.
Remove from heat.
Cover and let sit for 5 minutes.
Good served with green beans, Mexican cornbread and slaw.
