Ingredients

whole graham crackers
1 stick margarine
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 c. flaked coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
Preparation

In long baking dish, place a solid layer of whole graham crackers.
In saucepan, melt margarine with sugar.
Beat in egg and evaporated milk.
Simmer until thick, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add coconut, pecans and graham cracker crumbs.
Pour this mixture over cracker layer.
Cover with another layer of whole crackers laid close together.
