Six Month Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. oleo
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 large can evaporated milk
1 lb. chocolate
12 oz. chocolate chips
8 oz. marshmallow cream
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Bring sugar, milk and oleo to boiling point.
Cook over medium heat 4 1/2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Break chocolate into pieces.
Mix with chocolate chips, marshmallow cream and salt in large bowl.
Pour hot sugar-milk mixture over the chocolate pieces, mix thoroughly until all is melted.
Use beater if you like.
Add vanilla and nuts.
Pour into large buttered pan and cool in refrigerator.
Cut into pieces.
Makes a lot and keeps beautifully.
