Ingredients

2 frozen deep dish pie crusts, thawed
1 c. sour cream (8 oz.)
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
2 egg yolks, beaten
2 egg whites
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 Tbsp. flour
5 or 6 tart apples or peaches, peeled and thinly sliced

In a large bowl, combine sour cream, brown sugar and salt. Stir in egg yolks and melted butter.
