Sausage Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. dough (fresh or frozen)
    1 1/2 lb. Italian sausage
    1 egg
    1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    1/4 c. Romano cheese, grated
    1/2 tsp. parsley
Preparation
    Raise dough.
    While dough is rising, saute sausage.
    When cooked, drain and cool.
    Take risen dough and roll out oblong (not too thin).
    Add egg and parsley to sausage.
    Scatter over dough, not too close to edge.
    Then add grated Mozzarella and grated Romano.
    Overlap your sides, then start to roll from long end. Brush with egg yolk on top.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Cool and slice.
