Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. canola oil
1 1/3 c. sugar
4 egg whites
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 c. mashed, ripe banana
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
Mix oil, sugar and egg whites; mix well.
Sift flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
Add to oil mixture, alternating with the buttermilk.
Add banana, nuts and vanilla, beating after each addition.
Pour into 2 (9-inch) pans sprayed with nonstick spray.
Bake for 1 hour.
