Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 2/3 c. sugar
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. oil
    1/4 c. milk
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. zucchini, shredded and squeezed
    2 carrots, grated
    nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients.
    In a separate bowl add all dry ingredients.
    Then add to other bowl.
    Then add zucchini, carrots and nuts.
    Bake in a greased loaf pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until done.
    Makes 2 loaves.
    Or bake in 7 mini pans for 50 minutes at 325\u00b0.
