Juju'S Chocolate Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. butter Crisco
1 1/4 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
In a large mixing bowl, cream together Crisco, brown sugar, milk and vanilla.
Blend until creamy.
Blend in egg.
Combine sifted flour, salt and baking soda.
Add creamed mixture gradually.
Stir in chocolate chips and pecans.
Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough about 3 inches apart onto ungreased nonstick baking sheet.
