Glazed Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. fresh carrots
    1/3 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Cut carrots lengthwise and cook 18 to 20 minutes in salt water.
    Add brown sugar, salt and orange peel in skillet.
    Cook 12 minutes until bubbly.
    Add cooked carrots; cook over low heat, stirring occasionally until carrots are glazed and heated through, about 5 minutes.
    Yields 6 servings.
