Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. butter
1 c. Crisco oil
2 eggs (unbeaten)
1 tsp. soda (I use powder)
1 tsp. cream of tartar
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour

Preparation

Cream butter, oil and sugars until creamy; add eggs and beat thoroughly.
Sift flour, soda, cream of tartar and salt together. Add vanilla to butter mixture, then add flour.
Make into a ball the size of a marble.
Roll in granulated sugar and put on lightly greased cookie sheet.
Press lightly with the bottom of sugared glass.
