1 Loaf Bread Recipe - cooking recipe

1 1/2 tsp. dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. lukewarm milk
1 Tbsp. sugar
3 c. sifted flour (divide and beat 1 1/2 c. in the liquid, then add other 1 1/2 c. more)
1 Tbsp. lard
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Dissolve the yeast in the warm water. In a bowl, take warm milk and add lard and sugar until lard is melted, then add the first 1 1/2 cups flour; stir, then add salt and the remaining flour. Make dough into ball and let rise once. Punch/knead the bread. Shape into loaf and put in bread pan. Let rise again and then bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Lightly grease the pan.
