Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. bacon
    1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. light cream
    3/4 tsp. salt
    dash of nutmeg
    dash of cayenne pepper
    1 frozen deep dish pie shell
Preparation
    Cook bacon.
    Drain on paper towel and crumble.
    Mix together remaining ingredients and pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean, approximately 45 minutes.
