One Pan Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. oil
1 c. canned pumpkin
3 eggs
2 1/3 c. Bisquick
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Generously grease bottom of loaf pan. Stir ingredients except raisins in pan with fork until moistened. Beat vigorously 1 minute.
Stir in raisins.
Bake until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, 45 to 55 minutes. Run knife or metal spatula around sides of loaf to loosen; remove from pan.
