Pumpkin Pie Filling - cooking recipe

2 eggs
30 oz. pumpkin pie mix (Libby's)
2/3 c. evaporated milk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Beat eggs lightly in large bowl.
Stir in pumpkin pie mix and evaporated milk.
Pour into pie shell. Bake for 15 minutes at 425\u00b0.
Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
Cool; refrigerate.
Makes 1 (9-inch) deep dish pie.
