Ma'S Pyraga(Lithuanian Sweet Bread) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. scalded milk, heat to just before boiling
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. yeast
    4 eggs, slightly beaten; reserve small amount to brush on top
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    7 to 7 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. golden raisins
Preparation
    Mix together sugar, salt and butter and pour hot milk over mixture.
    Let cool to lukewarm.
    Melt yeast in 1/4 cup warm (not hot) water and add.
    Add eggs.
    Gradually stir in flour until dough is stiff enough to work.
    Add raisins.
