Fried Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cooking apples
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cut apples into wedges.
    In skillet over medium heat, melt butter.
    Add apples; cook about 5 minutes, shaking pan gently. Turn apples over; sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Cook another few minutes, shaking pan.
    Serve warm.
