Ingredients

1/2 lb. butter or margarine
1 lb. Ricotta
4 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream the butter, adding sugar gradually.
Add eggs, vanilla and Ricotta.
Mix well.
Add baking soda, baking powder and flour. Drop on greased cookie sheet by teaspoon.
Bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
