Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bag frozen broccoli
    1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. grated Velveeta cheese
    1 small pkg. almonds
    1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
    squeeze butter
    2 tsp. onion, chopped
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Blanch and drain broccoli.
    Mix broccoli, soup, 1/2 of the cheese, almonds, onion and pepper.
    Press lightly in a 2-quart casserole.
    Add crushed crackers on top of casserole.
    Squeeze butter generously over top of crackers.
    Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
