Shortbread Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks soft margarine
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Cream sugar and margarine; add vanilla.
    Add flour, a little at a time, until well mixed.
    Drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until edges begin to brown.
    Cool 2 minutes. Lift with thin spatula.
