Jeannine'S Pepperoni Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. frozen bread dough
    1/2 lb. pepperoni, sliced thin
    3/4 lb. Provolone cheese, sliced thin
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Thaw frozen bread dough according to package directions; divide in half.
    Roll out very thin.
    Brush with egg and oregano. Spread pepperoni on dough, then Provolone cheese on top of pepperoni.
    Brush again with egg mixture.
    Roll up and place on slightly oiled cookie sheet.
    Brush top with rest of egg mixture; may need to use another egg if this is not enough.
    Repeat same directions on second piece of bread.
    Both loaves fit on same pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
    Serve warm as appetizer, or may be served like pizza with a salad for a light dinner.
