Yummy Healthy Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. All-Bran cereal
1/2 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. boiling water
1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 egg
1/4 c. molasses
1/4 c. honey
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. raisins
3/4 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. white flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

In a medium bowl, combine bran, cereal, oats and boiling water.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Add melted butter, eggs, buttermilk, molasses, honey, vanilla and raisins.
In a large bowl, blend flours, soda and salt.
Add liquid to dry ingredients; mix lightly just until blended.
Spoon into muffin cups.
Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
Makes one dozen regular or 6 large muffins.
