Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. zucchini, diced (do not peel)
    1 small onion, chopped
    4 eggs, beaten or Egg Beaters
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. marjoram
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese or sharp Cheddar
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Measure dry ingredients together.
    Add zucchini, onion and cheese.
    Beat eggs and add oil.
    Mix dry and wet ingredients. Pour into buttered 9-inch pie plate and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
