Chicken And Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. fryer chicken, cut up
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can clear chicken broth
    3 c. medium egg noodles, uncooked
    1 tsp. diced Italian seasoning
    1 pkg. frozen peas and carrots, thawed
Preparation
    In a 13 x 9-inch baking dish, arrange chicken, skin side down. Pour melted butter over chicken.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Remove chicken from dish.
