Terrific Chocolate Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. butter flavor Crisco
2 Tbsp. milk
1 egg
1 1/4 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk chocolate chips

Preparation

Combine shortening, brown sugar, milk and vanilla in large bowl.
Beat at medium speed until well blended.
Beat egg into creamed mixture.
Combine flour, salt and baking soda.
Mix into creamed mixture just until blended.
Stir in chocolate chips and pecan pieces.
Drop tablespoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes for chewy or for 11 to 13 for crispy.
