2 1/2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. butter or margarine
1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. light or dark brown sugar
2 c. peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
2 large eggs
Preparation

Sift flour with baking soda.
Cream butter or margarine, gradually adding sugars and creaming until very light and fluffy. Blend peanut butter into creamed mixture and then beat in the eggs. Stir in flour mixture.
Form dough into small balls and place on ungreased cookie sheets.
Flatten slightly with tines of fork. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 10 to 12 minutes.
Makes about 5 to 6 dozen.
