Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb. 8 oz.) can sweet potatoes
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/3 c. melted butter or margarine
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Drain sweet potatoes; mash with electric mixer; add remainder of ingredients to potatoes and beat mixture until smooth. Pour into greased oblong or square 2-inch glass baking dish.
    Sprinkle with topping and bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
