Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    2/3 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    4 tsp. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. pecans
    6 or 7 bananas (real ripe)
Preparation
    Cream sugar and shortening.
    Add mashed bananas and pecans. Add eggs and mix well.
    Then add flour.
    Add milk and vanilla. Pour in greased loaf pans.
    Bake 1 hour to 1 hour 10 minutes at 325\u00b0.
