Chicken Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 or 2 chickens
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 small jar apricot preserves
1 (8 oz.) Russian dressing

Preparation

Cut chicken in serving pieces.
Place in cake pan, skin side up (can be skinned).
Sprinkle the onion soup mix over all.
Put a generous dollop of apricot
preserves
on each piece.
Pour Russian dressing on all.
Bake, uncovered, for 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
