Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chopped broccoli (fresh or frozen)
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. water
    4 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. caraway seed (optional)
    1/8 tsp. celery seed (optional)
    1/2 c. blanched slivered almonds (optional)
    1 c. chopped celery
Preparation
    Steam broccoli, celery and onion in water in a 3-quart saucepan until tender.
    Dissolve flour in milk in measuring cup.
    Combine all ingredients in saucepan.
    Bring to a scald.
    Garnish with a few almonds, if desired.
