Ingredients

1 lb. butter or oleo
1 c. sugar
4 egg yolks
4 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Mix until pie crust consistency.
Roll in balls and dip in slightly beaten egg white.
Press thumb into center of cookies to make an indentation.
Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Fill indentation after baking with any kind of jelly.
