Glazed Orange-Pecan Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter or margarine, softened
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. grated orange rind
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. orange juice
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 1/2 tsp. orange juice
1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
Preparation

Cream butter; gradually add 3/4 cup sugar, beating well.
Add the beaten eggs and grated orange rind; mix well.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt; add to creamed mixture alternately with 3/4 cup orange juice, beginning and ending with flour mixture. Mix well after each addition.
Stir in pecans.
