Rhubarb Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. oil
1 egg
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. finely diced rhubarb
1 Tbsp. melted margarine
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups brown sugar and the oil. Stir in egg, buttermilk and vanilla.
Sift together flour and soda.
Add to sugar mixture; blend well.
Stir in rhubarb. Divide batter between two glass loaf pans (medium size).
