No Sugar Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) frozen apple juice concentrate
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    5 large sweet eating apples
    unbaked pie shell (top and bottom)
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine juice, cornstarch, cinnamon and salt.
    Heat until thickened.
    Add sliced apples and simmer until partially cooked. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Cover with top shell and bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
