Tamale Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 flour tortillas, cut into pieces
    1 lb. ground chuck, browned and drained
    1/3 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can enchilada sauce
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) can taco sauce (mild)
    dash of ketchup
Preparation
    Lightly grease 2-quart casserole.
    Tear tortillas and put 1/2 in bottom of dish for first layer.
    Put a layer of meat, cheese, then onion on top of tortillas.
    Repeat.
