Puff Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Mix all ingredients with a fork.
Leave lumpy.
Preheat oven to 450\u00b0 and melt 1/4 stick of butter in 8-inch cast-iron skillet. When melted, swirl around to coat bottom and sides of skillet. Pour batter in.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
Remove carefully and serve Puff Cake with maple syrup.
