Ingredients

2 sticks soft butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. oil
1 egg
2 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. coconut
1 c. Rice Krispies
12 oz. chocolate chips
Preparation

Mix butter, sugar and brown sugar.
Add oil, egg and vanilla. Mix well.
Add flour, baking soda, cream of tartar and salt.
Mix well.
Stir in oatmeal, coconut, Rice Krispies and chocolate chips.
Spoon into 1-inch balls.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
Makes about 7 dozen.
