Easy Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 box spinach souffle
    2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1 pkg. manicotti
    1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Brown and drain ground beef and onion.
    Add spinach souffle mix and cool.
    Add cheese.
    Stuff mixture into manicotti with small spoon.
    Add enough water to cover bottom of pan 1/2 inch. Pour spaghetti sauce over noodles and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
