Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. corn oil
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    2 c. flour
    2 1/2 c. grated zucchini
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat eggs until frothy.
    Add sugar, oil and vanilla.
    Beat until thick.
    Stir in zucchini, flour and all remaining dry ingredients.
    Fold in nuts.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured bread pans.
    Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Cool 10 minutes and then remove from pans and place on cooling racks.
