Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. molasses or dark Karo
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    1 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Beat eggs, oil, sugar, molasses and vanilla together in large bowl.
    Combine flours, salt, soda, baking powder and cinnamon together.
    Add flour mixture to egg mixture; mix well.
    Add shredded zucchini, nuts and raisins; mix well.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake for 1 hour in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven.
