Judy'S Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. ground cinnamon
3 eggs
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 medium zucchini, grated (2 c.)
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Sift flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder and cinnamon; set aside.
Combine eggs, oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla in a large bowl; stir in raisins and nuts.
Beat until well mixed.
Stir in flour mixture until smooth.
Pour mixture into greased pan or pans.
Bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0) for 40 minutes, or until center springs back when lightly pressed with fingertips.
Cool in pan on wire rack.
