Chocolate Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 stick butter or margarine
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. Crisco
Preparation
    Cream together shortening, butter, eggs, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
    Sift together dry ingredients.
    Gradually add to blended mixture, mixing after each addition until smooth.
    Add chocolate chips and stir into batter.
    Drop by teaspoonfuls onto baking sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 minutes or until lightly browned.
