Flank Steak With Whiskey Sauce(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. teriyaki sauce
    4 garlic cloves, minced and divided
    2 tsp. each: red wine vinegar and Worcestershire sauce
    1/8 tsp. hot sauce
    15 oz. beef flank steak
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. margarine
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1/3 c. plus 2 tsp. whiskey
    2 tsp. each: Dijon style mustard and cornstarch
    1 c. canned ready to serve beef broth
    2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    watercress sprigs (for garnish)
Preparation
    In medium glass or stainless steel bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic, the vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce.
    Add steak; turn several times to coat.
    Cover with plastic wrap.
    Refrigerate overnight or at least 30 minutes.
