Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. apples, peeled and diced
    walnuts and raisins
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients and cream with electric mixer. Sift dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture; beat for 2 minutes.
    Add apples, nuts and raisins.
    Pour into 1 large greased and floured Bundt cake pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Test, when knife inserted comes out clean, cake is done. Do not overbake.
