Bread Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 loaves frozen bread
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. sausage
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 c. grated cheese
    jalapeno pepper, chopped (to taste)
    salt and pepper
    mushrooms, chopped (optional)
    green pepper, chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Let bread rise.
    Roll both loaves into a rectangle about 1/2-inch thick.
    Brown ground meat, sausage and onions.
    Drain. Add other ingredients and mix well.
    Spread meat evenly on the dough.
    Roll dough starting on long side, like a jelly roll.
    Put roll on cookie sheet.
    Curve dough into a horseshoe shape.
    Brush with cooking oil.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
    Remove foil at the end of cooking time so it will brown.
