Homemade Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 1/2 c. unbleached white flour
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. cold water
Preparation
    Put flour, sugar and salt in processor with steel blade already in processor.
    Make one turn of processor to mix.
    Add butter; turn on and off.
    Add yeast and water; turn on and off. Add 1/3 cup cold water; quickly blend.
    Let dough rest.
    Butter bowl and pan; clean up mess.
    With machine running, add more water slowly until ball forms.
    Let ball rotate about 1 minute, then place dough in greased bowl.
    Turn and cover; let rise until double.
    Knead until elastic.
    Place in pan; let rise again. Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Put bread in; reduce heat to 325\u00b0.
    Bake for 40 minutes.
