Chicken Breasts Florentine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. pkg. frozen, chopped spinach with butter sauce in a pouch
    2 chicken breasts, deboned
    1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. basil
    2 Tbsp. oil
    4 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Cook spinach pouch according to directions.
    Pound chicken lightly to make cutlets 1/4-inch thick.
