Nutty Apple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. peanut butter
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 large eggs
    1/3 c. honey
    1 1/4 c. whole-wheat flour
    1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. ground allspice
    3/4 c. rolled oats (quick cooking)
    1/4 c. wheat germ
    2/3 c. plain Dannon premium yogurt
    1 c. apple, finely chopped
    1/4 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Coat a 9 x 5-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray.
    In large bowl, mix peanut butter, margarine, egg and honey until smooth; set aside.
    In medium bowl, sift together flour, baking soda and allspice.
    Add oats and wheat germ; mix thoroughly.
    Combine peanut butter mixture with flour mixture. Add yogurt, apples and walnuts; blend well.
    Pour batter into prepared pan.
    Bake for 60 to 65 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
    Remove from pan; let cool.
    Store in plastic wrap.
    Makes 1 loaf.
