Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1 clove garlic
    1 to 2 lb. hamburger
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms and juice
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. parsley, minced
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Add onion and garlic.
    Cook until brown.
    Add beef and brown.
    Add remaining ingredients. Cook 20 minutes covered. Add sour cream and garnish with parsley before serving. Serve over noodles or rice.
