Sausage Bread Wreath - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Bridgeford bread (whole wheat)
    1/2 lb. sausage, fried and drained
    6 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    2 eggs (reserve 1 to brush on top of bread)
Preparation
    This is good the next day, reheated for brunch and served with scrambled eggs, fruit, etc.
