Apple-Raisin Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium size firm cooking apples, peeled, cored and sliced
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. firmly packed dark brown sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    2 1/2 slices whole wheat bread, finely crumbled
    2 Tbsp. unsalted margarine
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 300\u00b0. In a large bowl, toss the apples with the lemon juice, raisins, 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon.
    Spoon the mixture into an ungreased 9-inch pan and set aside.
